Our molding department features a full line of new computerized molding presses. Press tonnage capabilities are 55T, 75T, 90T, 110T, 150T, 185T, 225T, 250T, 300T, and 500 Ton. All presses have State of the Art supporting equipment including hot oil "Mokon" units, "Thermal Care" Chillers, not to mention drying capabilities to handle every type of Engineering Grade Material. Our knowledgeable staff of molding processors can solve your most difficult processing situations.

In our Molding Department, we are capable of manufacturing product both full automatic and single cycle, with or without an operator.
Currently we are molding a number of jobs requiring installation of a variety of threaded inserts and inserts that require over-molding. We are also molding products where a secondary operation is necessary.
